2.  Our company has after-sale service department, which is composed by the technical staffs whom have much field service experience.

3.  If our equipment sold go wrong or break down, we will give a reply in 1 hour when we receive the message of customer. If the spot in Zibo city, our servicemen will be there in 2 hours. If the spot in Shandong province, our servicemen will be there in 8 hours. If the spot is out of Shandong province in China, our servicemen will be there in 24 hours.

4.  The task of our after-sale service staffs mainly include the handling of equipment quality problem, the site instruction of assembling and commissioning and the attendance of performance acceptance test.

5.  After the normal operation of equipment and obtaining the user's consent, the company service personnel could leave the scene.

6.  In the process of product installation, testing or commissioning, if any parts damaged due to the quality of our equipment, our company will give the fastest non-conditionally refund. If the non-equipment-quality problems occur, such as misuse the equipment that cause parts break down, we will guarantee that provide the compensation according to the material cost to the demander.

7.  Our company guarantee that we can provide spare parts to demander as the most favorable price for long-term.

8.  Our company has regular review system to ask for feedback on user experience and listen users’ opinions carefully.

9.  The warranty period is 1 year for products sold. If products have any quality problems in the warranty period of 1 year, our company will be responsible for repairing and ensuring your satisfaction.
